SUNWARD (XINHUI) MONOFILAMENT FACTORY CO., LTD. (ACA) was founded in 1984. We specialize in the production of industrial monofilaments. Our main products are polyester and nylon monofilament, a large portion of these products are made for forming fabrics, press felts, dryer fabrics and a portion of conveyor belts, mesh filters, dewatering net for high-tech enterprises. Our company has more than 38 years of experience specializing in the production of monofilaments. We have advanced production and testing equipment, as well as on-line measuring instruments from Germany, Japan and Switzerland. Our annual output is more than 2500 tons. We have a wide range of products and we account for a large market share. Our product quality has been in the forefront amongst the monofilament industry, receiving numerous awards and honors.

INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT BY ACA
In order to improve the product quality of polyester yarns and mesh monofilament, we are constantly committed to new product research and development. We have successfully developed and launched PPS monofilaments, anti-static monofilament, specially shaped (willow leaf) monofilamnet, high abrasion resistant nylon monofilament, high abrasion resistant polyester monofilament, wear resistant polyester monofilament, hydrolysis resistant polyester monofilament, low melting point polyester monofilament and other new products. Our products have been used in many famous domestic and foreign paper machine clothing and press felts enterprises and earned high appraisal from our clients.
